Privacy statement
We don't save or log any information about the senders and recievers of messages. The PrivacyBox ist build for anonymous use. Services which are free of charge don't have to save any data in the context of European data retension.Terms of Use
This service exists in the first instance to help journalists, bloggers etc. them keep up a data retentation free contacts. But the Privacybox also stands open to others being interested, free of any charge and as far as capacity allows it.There is no legal claim to use this service.
The delivering of messages is done anonymously. We do not log any data about the sender of messages and can't provide any information about it, if the sender doesn't voluntarily give further particulars.
There are also no data stored, concerning the use of active inboxes.
The German Privacy Foundation is not liable for contents of the messages. We do not notice something about the contents. Messages are automatically controlled by a virus scan program.
If there is prooven abuse of this service, provided by us, through users, the accounts will be deleted.
At any time there is the opportunity, to cancel the equipped account. With process of abrogation all available data are deleted / wiped at once. In the backup-system the data are deleted within 60 minutes.
We do provide an experimental service. We can not guarantee high availability. We do our best, backup- and fail-back-server are in stock.
